Join us for the MarketReady Buyer Tour: Lexington

Tour Information: During the tour, we will visit 4 local food buyers in the Lexington area to see what happens behind the back doors! The schedule is almost ready to be released; however, it will include a restaurant, a grocery/retail market, and a farm-to-school buyer. 

The Buyer Tour allows growers and producers to get a behind-the-scenes look at what happens at these various marketplaces. Growers and producers can ask questions, talk with buyers, and get first-hand experience with what it is like to sell to a restaurant, grocery/retail store, or farm-to-school buyer. 

Producers as well as technical assistance providers are encouraged to join!

Date & Time: Wednesday, June 26th @ 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST.  

Logistics: The tour will start at our first tour stop. The tour will begin promptly at 10 am. Attendees will be responsible for transportation to and from each stop, unless they make arrangements with Savannah Columbia prior to the tour. Lunch will be provided and sourced from a local restaurant. We will end the tour at our last stop at 3 pm.  

Cost: This event will be free of charge but does require an RSVP. Because this tour is limited on available seats -- make sure to secure your spot today! RSVP via the webform below. You MUST RSVP by June 24th. The webform will close at 4:00 pm on Monday, June 24th.
