Join us for a Retail Readiness Marketing Workshop

Registration is open for our 2026 Retail Readiness Marketing Workshop, co-hosted with the KY Center for Ag & Rural Development and the Kentucky Department of Agriculture. At this workshop, food and farm producers will gain essential insights into successfully marketing and selling their products in retail spaces. This full-day event will cover key topics, including sampling & demonstrations, funding opportunities, and retail expectations, featuring expert panelists from leading farms, retailers, and technical assistance organizations. 

This workshop includes a Buy Local Lunch, and the opportunity to connect with industry professionals to build valuable relationships. Whether you're a new producer or an experienced business looking to expand, this workshop will help prepare you for retail success. Additionally, attendees can submit up to two products to be reviewed anonymously by mass retailers, specialty retailers, and farm retail markets for coaching and feedback on the overall marketability and attractiveness of the items.
